I am an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across fashion, retail, management, business and beauty.
My professional journey has given me hands-on experience in leadership, customer experience, commercial operations, team management, branding and business development.
I began my entrepreneurial journey in fashion and was appointed Director of Fashion at Webunited Limited in 2008. I later built extensive experience within the UK retail and betting industry, including management experience with Gala Coral, where I developed a strong understanding of operations, people management, customer service and commercial performance.
I also graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Business Management, combining academic knowledge with years of practical business experience.
In 2019, I founded Sublime by Carole, an independent beauty and lifestyle brand.
Since launching the business, I have personally led its development across product sourcing, product development, branding, pricing, e-commerce, marketing, social media, creative direction, collaborations and customer experience.
Building my own brand has given me first-hand experience of the realities of entrepreneurship — from developing an idea and sourcing products to positioning a brand, attracting customers and making the commercial decisions required to grow a business.
