UK Processing Time

Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 8pm are dispatched the following morning. During busy periods, please allow 1–2 additional working days for processing.

UK Delivery Options

We ship via Royal Mail. Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on the service selected.

International Delivery

We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Weekend & Bank Holiday Orders

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 11am, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched the following Monday. This applies even if Next Day Delivery is selected.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
